what is a tithe?
A tithe—which just means “tenth”—is defined as the first 10% of a person’s income that is to be given back to the local church. Tithing is a principle that is taught throughout the entire Bible. When we tithe, we are expressing worship in a tangible way by putting God first in our lives. Bringing our tithes is an opportunity for us to give God our thanks, show God we trust Him, and fight against greed in our hearts…all while allowing us to be a part of the most important work in life that is spreading the Good News of Jesus Christ!

At Ransom, when you arrive on a Sunday morning, you will be greeted by people who care about you. You probably know some of them! Our services last about an hour, that brings engaging worship, a message to help you learn more about following Jesus, and events that we offer throughout the week. Join us this Sunday!

Simply place a check or cash in one of our offering buckets on Sunday morning. Offering envelopes are available for your gift at the Info Center in the lobby. Gifts can be made payable to Ransom Church and please note any split (if any) for your gift.
